I take great enjoyment out of lecturing you (my sub) about appropriate behaviour with food.I explain why as a sub I require you to be hungry at all times as a sign of submission and respect for women. Why as a male you are required to remain fit to be visually pleasing to me (your superior).I lecture you on why it is unacceptable for you to be waited upon by a woman, why a woman SHOULD NOT under ANY circumstances serve you food and how you are NOT allowed to eat without permission in a woman's presence.HUNGER is your constant reminder of your inferiority as part of the male race.  I then inform you on how you should behave in general around women- zero eye contact with other women, keeping a large physical distance etc.
