There are so many things that you need to apologise for. So many reasons why you, specifically, are inferior. This task will require you to reflect upon your self and your shortcomings, and I want a detailed apology for everything about yourself that isn’t good enough, things you do or don’t do that you know you should, behaviour that has fallen short of what you know is right. I give some examples in this clip when I explain the task, but I want you to really dig deep into yourself and reflect on your own personal inferiority. The specific wording of what is required is written at the end of the clip.
