POV solo: Mark, a patient recovering from a routine appendectomy, awakens to a woman sweeping at his bedside. She sweetly apologizes for disturbing him and informs him that she's just there to clean, but there is something off about her sweet demeanor, and he listens closely to her soft humming while she is sweeping. She stops humming and turns her back to him, removing something from her pocket. When she turns back around, she is wearing a medical mask and holding a rag in her hand, which she quickly puts up to his face. He awakens to her dressed in a surgical gown and is repeatedly milked and toyed with, alternating between being awake and tired again while she places rags and medical masks on his face between milkings. She then tests a substance on his genitals, which burns and sizzles while she laughs and continues to milk him. As her final act of cruelty, she takes a scalpel and uses it on his genitals to add to her collection before putting the tired rag back on his face.
