So Madame Sarka pushes several slices of food down Her heel and orders Her slave to eat it. The food that is, not the heel. Then it gets very messy. Food is thrown on the floor, lots of food, and squashed with these sexy boots. The slaves are all over the place, licking and eating from the floor, from Madame Sarka's boots.
