She explains the role and high demands the position requires. The applicant is taken by surprise, yet being an inferior male, of course he is willing to do anything to get the job....So She starts him literally at the bottom cleaning her floors. How pathetic. She turns a marketing executive into a floor cleaning servant. If he does a good job, he may work his way "up" to even more degrading tasks.
