Dental check up time. You feel the cold instruments grinding against your teeth, your enamel being examined, inspected, commented on... Your dentist is far from sympathetic and laughs at your embarrassment. When you feel some of your fluids flow in your mouth, she doesn't react much and smile sadistically.
