I have just a few days left before I travel in Spain to compete at Arnold Classic and you can admire my perfect body while I do my last workouts before I step on the stage. In the last 9 weeks I didn’t eat carbohydrate and salt or any sweetener because I have to lose water as much as possible. This is the reason why I use light weights with super high reps in the last weeks. This is the first part of my leg workout. I do low weight and high reps training to lose water as much as possible. You can see as I’m pumping all my leg muscles maximally. In this part I do 3 practice for my legs and I use perfect camera angles to make you crazy for my outstanding thighs. Enjoy the show darling and try to imagine my strong legs around your neck or waist or wherever you wish!
